Dear Valued Customers,
After careful consideration for the well-being of our customers and staff, and ensuring compliance with provincial restrictions re:COVID-19, we have decided on the following measures to serve our customers until further notice:
- Effective Friday, March 27th our revised hours of business will be Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. However, our showroom will not be open to the public.
- For the safety of all parties involved, any interactions will be conducted in compliance with the government-mandated 2 metre social distancing protocol and we request that these transactions remain as efficient as possible.
- Payments may only be made via credit card over the phone. Products will be picked up or dropped off outside in our parking lot and there will be no customer access to our building.
- All our departments will be operational and available via our general phone number and the regular email addresses: sales@apexcycle.ca; service@apexcycle.ca; parts@apexcycle.ca respectively.
We appreciate everyone's understanding throughout this time of uncertainty. We will make every effort to get to everyone in a timely manner and thank you for your patience, as we will be working with reduced staff and dealing with the beginning of our busiest season.
