Just wanted to give you some feedback. I know as a business owner you can sometimes get more negative feedback than positive, so when appropriate, I like to pass along the good stuff. We had a very poor customer experience at a car dealership this week, I would rate at a 1 out of 10. Really sad. In my recent experiences, this has become more the norm than the exception, including a bike purchase in Maui.It was so refreshing to come into Apex today. You guys consistently provide customer service that I would rate at a solid 10 out of 10 - every time! You truly go above and beyond. I am sure this is a key to your success in business. Keep it up!

In July we traded our 2008 Road King in on a 2013 Victory Cross Country ( Antifreeze Green with flames) love it. We dealt with Chris,Chad,Colin & Geoff all great to deal with .We have also bought a number of accessories through Apex Matt & Kris have been extremely helpful!We have a number of motorcycles in our stable both sport & sport touring. I have liked the look of the Victory Cross Country since it first came out a few years ago. I test road the Green Machine and was totally impressed. It's very comfortable for both my wife & I ,there is 3" more room between the passenger back rest and the drivers backrest. It accelerates very well,braking is excellent the ride is awesome . It's everything the Harley wasn't ,no more bottoming suspension or mid corner wobble .It tracks a line through the curves like a sport bike and holds the line. The Victory doesn't become destabilized mid corner with road irregularities . I would highly recommend the Victory brand and Apex cycle . We have manged to put over 5,000 kilometres on this bike in a couple of months. Every time we stop motorcycle people are asking all sorts of questions about the bike and the brand , especially the Harley riders tired of the same old thing.Go out and get you self one of these bikes you won't regret it!CheersLynn & Craig Scott

Matt bent over backwards fielding all my inquiries and purchases of my accessories, even though Polaris is a bit remiss with their availability of accessories on some models.

Chad made the paperwork and financing interesting for me, which is my field of expertise.

Even Geoff the Fixed Opps. manager came out to help myself and my wife with questions about different models and pricing.

I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money on a purchase at this store.
