Sure, the Ontario government has given us further restrictions, but our industry is still open for you, meaning a continued focus on powersports business. You have access to all the services we provide, regardless of your needs, with just a few familiar processes that won't slow you down. 

Service Customers

• Contact our Service Dept via phone or email and our Service Advisors will be happy to arrange an appointment and set up the contactless pick-up or drop-off of your vehicle, either by you in our parking lot or at your home via our pick-up and delivery driver. 
• You might not be able to enter our shop, but you can still enjoy the peace-of-mind our experienced techs provide to keep you on the trail or get you ready for the road.

Parts Customers

• Contact our Parts Dept via phone or email to order your parts and arrange a contactless pickup in our parking lot. Apparel and gear is also available through this process but visiting the accessory selection at Apex Cycle Online is another option for your convenience and safety.
• Our Parts staff looks forward to serving you directly again soon but, until the restrictions ease, there is no reason we can't get you what you need.

Sales Customers (for vehicle purchase)

• Customers interested in purchasing a new or used ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile, or power equipment can still make an appointment with a member of our Sales staff and come into our showroom where masks and hand sanitizer are being used. Alternatively, new vehicles and power equipment can be purchased on the wholegoods pages of Apex Cycle Online.
• You still get to enter the showroom of our facility when accompanied by a salesperson and you'll have all the elbow-room you need!

The restrictions may have limited us all socially, but the good news is that you no longer need an excuse to spend more time on that project in the garage. Plus, the family members in your household will be excited for something to do, so it will be like having a group of apprentices at your disposal!
